AUDACITY FOR REAIZATION OF MIDWIVES IN INDEPENDENT PATRONAGE OF OUR PRACTICES IN THE CITY OF VARNA

Abstract

The policies and services in a number of schools are aimed at parents, go through conceptual changes and place an increasing focus on families and their support, taking into account the key role of preparing for Parenthood, providing a full environment and care from the maternity home, as well as the fact that future parents need support.
The study aims to study the attitudes of working midwives for the implementation of patronage care in the city of Varna. More than 97% of the respondents share the opinion and the need to implement regulated patronage care, aimed at the needs of the pregnant woman, the mother and the newborn, to develop parental skills, to properly care for the newborn. Today, the model of obstetric care is aimed at the possibility of patronage before and after childbirth in outpatient conditions.
This requires improving the knowledge, the skills to carry out proper care and creating optimal conditions for the future mother, mother and newborn after discharge at home, along with the accompanying problems. Midwives who are familiar with their competences and capabilities under Ordinance 1 perform better effective communication, the difference being statistically significant.
It requires a change in the regulatory framework concerning the regulation of packages of ideas, standards of obstetric care, possible levels and forms of control.
