Abstract

Occupational stress is the result of physical, emotional and mental strain in the work environment. It very often arises due to increased demands and pressure in the performance of work tasks, multitasking, lack of clear rules, impaired communication, conflict situations, overtime, etc. It can manifest itself in different ways difficulties in performing job duties, lack of motivation, and physical and mental symptoms.
This article aims to suggest some strategies to overcome occupational stress effectively.
Occupational stress is part of modern professional life, but when not managed properly, it can have serious consequences for health and well being. It's important to find effective ways to manage it in order to maintain work
life balance.
