PROFESSIONAL REALIZATION OF GRADUATES FROM THE FACULTY OF PEDAGOGY AT SOFIA UNIVERSITY ''ST. KLIMENT OHRIDSKI''

In recent years, the question of the relationship between completed education and the subsequent professional realization of young people has become increasingly relevant. This issue is particularly pressing for university graduates. It is closely linked to university admissions and funding, the development of different professional fields, and the overall vision for the economic development of the country. Sofia University is the oldest and largest higher education institution in Bulgaria, setting trends in the development of higher education. This article presents the results of a survey conducted among graduates of the Faculty of Pedagogy at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" in the period 2019–2024. The results focus on graduates' satisfaction with their academic preparation and satisfaction with employment in their field of study.
