RESEARCH THE REASONS FOR CHOOSING TRAINING IN THE SPECIALTY PHYSIOTHERAPY

In recent years, the concept of the learning society has gained widespread acceptance worldwide. At its core is the humanist approach, according to which education should be oriented towards the learner, giving him more and more freedom to decide for himself what to learn, how and where to teach him. Adult learning is not only a right, but is also a duty and responsibility for others and for society as a whole.
It has been found that in the life of a person there are three important moments related to the profession:

correct orientation and choice;

acquiring a profession through training;

ealization in the profession career.
The new challenges of the time require learning to become a basic life philosophy and one of the main sources of personal development, successful professional development and career. Learning is a common priority for all democratic societies. They invest huge sums in improving the quality and effectiveness of education in the new century. Learning motivation is an essential aspect of the learning process and influences both its effectiveness and quality, as well as individual personal development and professional development.
The purpose of the study is to analyze the motivation of young people for professional choice of the specialty "Physiotherapy".
The methodology of the study includes an empirical study conducted at the Faculty of Public Health " Prof. Tzecomir Vodenitcharov, MD, DSc" in the period 06.2024 10.2024. The study was conducted among students from the 1st; I ri; S th and IV courses "Physiotherapy" from the Faculty of Public health " Prof. Tzecomir Vodenitcharov, MD, DSc" at MU Sofia.
Conclusions: The new challenges of the time, including the reform in health care, affect the motivation for learning in kinesitherapists, as well as the school professional orientation significantly influence the motivation for professional choice.
