THE TASKS ОF THE PATRONAGE NURSES WHEN CONDUCTING A POLYVALENT PATRONAGE HEALTH SERVICE DURING COVID-19

Polyvalent patronage health is organized at a level of a primary health care as a part of the public health
home or a medical facility. The tasks of the patronage health service have to do with promotion, improvement and
saving health, as well as prevention from diseases, and they are conducted through planned activities given by the
preventive program for protection of the population. The polyvalent patronage health care is the only service in the
primary health care protection which deals preventively with the health and its improvement as well as a medical
branch dealing with an active health and social treatment of the individual or the family in the home or within health
institutions. One of its goals is to prepare the individual, the family or the community, to which health, except the
biological, there are many other factors such as social, cultural, hygienic and so on It strives to create healthy
lifestyles which would improve the basis for better health, life quality and prevention of development of chronic
diseases.
