For the achievement of intelligent, sustainable and inclusive growth, educational institutions have a main
driving role, but together with them also cultural institutions, as a way of transferring cultural heritage into future
development and a new dimension. Member States shall endeavor to strengthen the respect and attachment of their
peoples to the cultural and natural heritage The best measure against the spread of coronavirus among children and
teachers is for them to learn outside instead of wondering how to ensure sufficient social distance in inappropriate
classrooms.” Learning outside the classroom/besides the most popular online learning/ is a second option for safe,
but also productive, interesting, interactive learning. In the conditions of a global crisis, it is important to join the
efforts of everyone to find effective solutions in every sector. Bringing together three types of organizations enables
a broad exchange of different perspectives, refracted through different educational systems and sector traditions. The
diverse experience at the regional level can be creatively transferred anywhere. By working together transnationally,
the problem will have the characteristics of more countries and will be able to provide more added value for cultural,
non-governmental and educational institutions. In a crisis situation, cooperation and shared experience are extremely
important, so it is important to work transnationally. The Arts, Museums, Outdoor Activities and Learning project
shows how to bring together the most relevant and diverse group of partners for this theme so that all participants
can benefit from their diverse experiences, profiles and specific expertise and thus to achieve adequate project
results that strengthen creativity in education. and quality improvement, innovation.
