Abstract

Tourism promotion is one of the most common segments of the marketing mix in tourism. The term promotion itself comes from the Latin speaking area and means moving forward, improving, improving sales, communicating with the market and the like. It is a complex term and cannot be covered by an organizational unit. Given the wide scope and heterogeneity of promotional activities, they cannot be covered in a sector. The range of promotional activities that fall within the duties of all members of the collective is wide. Even some promotional activities defined within a particular organizational unit (e.g. public relations, publicity, etc.), must not be treated as an exceptional duty only to that unit. Guests, public figures, publicity, citizenship, etc., do not come into contact only with the holders of the specific promotion allocation duties. Contact scans are possible with all members of the collective in and out of the field of operation. Promotion as a communicative term of business improvement is so broad that almost every opportunity to apply some or some promotional activities from the wide range of dynamic communication plot. Each individual in the collective should be left to the element. The organisation of the work consists in a "proper and meaningful division of this to bear in mind and at every opportunity to contribute to the good voice and prosperity of its organisation, and thus to the wider community. However, the organisation and technique of operation must not be the work of certain bodies, organisational units and jobs, in determining the volume of their work and mutual relations; in ensuring the connection, consistency and control of the work of all bodies, organisational units and jobs'. This also applies to promotion. All promotional forms, where possible, should be defined, organized and a certain technique of operation determined.
