CULTURAL AND NATURAL HERITAGE MOTIVE’S AS AN INCENTIVE FACTORS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE TOURISM IN PEJA

A person's subjectivity, characteristics, character, skills, knowledge and abilities are manifested in culture. Cultural motif and natural heritage are two key factors for the development of tourism in the city of Peja. Peja is known for its rich cultural heritage, which includes traditions, customs and crafts that have been passed down from generation to generation. Visitors can experience the rich culture through festivals, traditional activities and exhibitions, which give them the opportunity to get to know the way of life of the local community. On the other hand, Peja is surrounded by the beauty of nature, offering stunning landscapes, mountains and water sources. Activities such as hiking, climbing and exploring nature are attractive to tourists seeking outdoor adventures. These two elements, culture and nature, can cooperate to create an attractive and sustainable offer for tourism. The use of these resources can contribute to the economic development of Peja, bringing visitors from all over the world. Furthermore, this can create opportunities for the preservation of cultural and natural heritage, ensuring that these assets remain intact for future generations.
