Abstract

As the business landscape evolves, education must adapt by integrating technology driven solutions into curricula to prepare responsible global leaders. This study examines innovative pedagogical approaches that integrate ethical decision making, sustainability, and digital transformation into business curricula. By bridging academia with real world business challenges, the research highlights the importance of experiential learning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and technology driven solutions.
The study employs a theoretical analysis to explore the integration of technology into business education. An action research component is included, facilitating the continuous feedback loop between students, educators, and researchers to enhance curriculum innovations.
The primary research objective of this study is to evaluate how technology is integrated into the business curricula of Albanian universities, with a focus on its impact on the development of critical business competencies. Additionally, the study aims to assess how technology driven learning tools influence students' engagement and the cultivation of leadership, sustainability, and ethical decision making skills. The study also seeks to understand educators’ perspectives on the challenges and opportunities of adopting digital tools in business education and to propose a framework for adapting curricula to foster responsible global leadership and sustainability.
The expected outcomes of this study include identifying effective technology driven teaching practices that enhance the learning experience in Albanian business schools. It will provide insights into how these tools influence the development of essential business skills and competencies, and offer practical recommendations for adapting business curricula to integrate ethical leadership, sustainability, and global awareness. Ultimately, the research will propose strategies for transforming business education in Albania, ensuring that students are well prepared to lead in a rapidly changing, technology driven global economy.
