Abstract

Data-driven project evaluation plays a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness and sustainability of initiatives. With the increasing reliance on digital tools and modern database management systems, the capacity to evaluate projects in real-time and ensure long-term monitoring has dramatically improved. This paper explores the impact of these tools on project evaluation, focusing on the role they play in long-term monitoring, real-time feedback loops, and adaptive management strategies. Through the case study of the, it demonstrates how structured data collection and analysis are vital in governance and transparency efforts. The research methodology includes a review of project reports, data analytics, and qualitative assessments of implementation strategies. Findings indicate that digital platforms have facilitated significant improvements in investigative journalism and policy accountability, although challenges such as data security, interoperability, and institutional resistance remain. The study concludes that integrating modern databases into project evaluation frameworks enhances transparency, fosters evidence-based decision-making, and ensures sustainable project outcomes.
