THE GROWING ROLE OF INTANGIBLE EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

This study analyzes the role and importance of intangible motivation as a strategic tool in human resource management and presents empirical data and recommendations for optimizing motivational strategies. The object of the study is modern practices for stimulating personnel, and the subject matter is intangible methods of motivation and their impact on employee efficiency and satisfaction. The aim of the study is to clarify the extent to which intangible motivation affects the achievement of organizational goals. The study provides empirical data and practical recommendations for optimizing motivational strategies. The methodology includes a review of the scientific literature, comparative analysis and an empirical survey among employees from private and public organizations, as well as content analysis of key concepts in human resource management. The main findings indicate that intangible motivation – recognition, opportunity for development, positive microclimate, sense of belonging, flexible working hours and workplace – has a significant impact on the commitment and retention of personnel in the organization. Although material incentives such as salary and bonuses remain important, intangible motivators are gaining increasing importance in choosing a job. The practical conclusions emphasize the need to build a culture of recognition and opportunities for career growth. The author's contribution consists in summarizing good practices and creating recommendations for implementing intangible approaches in HR strategies.
