QUALITY OF LIFE OF DIABETES SUFFERERS IN RELATION TO WORKING STATUS

Quality of life is the subject of research in many scientific disciplines, from philosophy, sociology and psychology to medicine and health care. Due to the numerous and complex components that the term itself includes, it is difficult to define it simply. By measuring the quality of life, it is possible to evaluate the effects of treatment in clinical research, that is, to compare the effects of medical procedures in different conditions or diseases. Diabetes is a well-known public health problem. It is a complex disease that affects medical, psychological and social aspects of life. The aim of this work is to analyze and evaluate the quality of life of people with diabetes, and to examine whether there is a difference in the quality of life of people with diabetes with regard to monitoring parameters such as gender, age, professional education, type of diabetes, duration of diabetes, work experience.
