Abstract

The relevance of the topic is determined by the need to find the right leadership style that will support the successful development of a modern organization undergoing constant change. Effective leadership is essential for dealing with the unique challenges arising from work processes. Effective leaders are visionaries who inspire their teams, navigate the complexities of management, and prioritize customer-centric care. Leadership in this context involves managing multidisciplinary teams, making critical decisions under pressure, and ensuring that the organization's goals are aligned with customer needs and satisfaction standards. In these conditions, the problem of the availability of effective tools for assessing and improving the leadership qualities of managers comes to the fore. The object of study is leadership in organizations, and the subject of analysis is the main characteristics that define a leader as successful. The aim is to analyze the state of leadership in the organization and to identify the factors that promote or limit its effectiveness. The tasks performed in connection with the set goal are to study the relevant scientific literature on the subject in order to determine the essence of leadership and management skills in organizations, and to make suggestions for improvements. Research methodology: analysis of the state of leadership and proposals for its improvement. The limited participation of employees in decision-making processes, the weak innovation culture, and the uneven application of change management skills indicate that the organizational potential is not being fully utilized. This division between strengths and weaknesses highlights the need for targeted interventions that build on positive trends and address identified weaknesses. It is precisely these aspects that are the focus of the proposals for organizational improvements and strategic development of leadership practices. The result is a leadership program based on innovation and adaptability with a short implementation period but a very high success rate. The author's contribution consists of proposals for improving communication and team culture in order to build an adaptive and ethical leadership model.
