Abstract

This paper explores the transformative potential of other Smart City initiatives in Pristina, envisioning a progressive urban landscape by 2050. The study investigates the advantages of embracing smart technology for all different aspects of urban life, ranging from governance and sustainability to government engagement and economic growth.
The research begins with a comprehensive review of existing Smart City frameworks, identifying the key elements that contribute to successful ones. It then digs into the current urban landscape of Pristina, analyzing their sides for its weaknesses, events and consequences. Examining case studies of other smart cities around the world, the thesis draws good lessons and best practices applicable to the Prishtina unit.
The city plan is smart to work on intelligence, decision-making in this direction and models of governance. Particular attention is paid to this, emphasizing the integration of renewable sources of success, efficiency management studies and environmentally conscious urban planning. By exploiting the advantages of smart technology, the potential city of current challenges and position itself as a model to stay, resilient and technological. advanced urban development. The research contributes with broad knowledge for urban planners, policy makers and stakeholders who want to embrace the potential of Smart Cities transformations in the landscape in the development of the 21 century city.
