Communication is a process that enables the transfer of information between employees, employees and
other stakeholders for the functioning of the organization. For effective and efficient functioning of the organization,
the employees have at their disposal numerous types and forms of communication for which it is necessary to
develop appropriate skills.
Covid 19 pandemic communication has changed the forms and skills and priorities of employees in carrying out
their tasks, juggling between successfully accomplishing the organization's mission and preserving the health of
Covid 19 employees.
The purpose of this paper is to give a brief theoretical overview of the communication process of employees in
organizations under Covid 19 and to detect changes based on communication research under Covid 19 in
organizations in the Pelagonija region in the Republic of Northern Macedonia.
