Abstract

The main purpose of the business management as a field of science is to help different organizations to
grow and achieve their goals. But very often there are aspects of the business we are not able to manage on our own
and here exactly comes the outsourcing project management as a resolution. This paper explores the role of
outsourcing projects and how different companies from different fields are being able to manage it. We are finding
out and explaining the definitions of an outsourcing and by analyzing the exact business needs of a certain company
we are then being able to identify when and how the outsourcing project management can and should be
implemented. Using the method of a detailed survey across the wide audience of more than a hundred professionals
from different business fields and with different work experience, starting from one year to more than 10 years
within the company, we are being able to define the motivations for outsourcing and to determine the extent to
which we might conclude that the outsourcing project management is the most useful strategy for a successful
business model. Using the feedback from the survey`s respondents the topicality of the theme is getting once again
cleared out and confirmed. The respondents are sharing best practices used in their organizations and proved with
the time, turning their companies into industry leaders. Our findings, based on the survey results, are allowing us to
bring out successful stories and recommendations, helping the wider business to develop in any possible direction
and go above and beyond their targets. With the help of graphs, we are illustrating the results and we are certifying
our findings, the underlying motives that push a company to give a business unit in external management, in the
most visible way. Everything listed up to here acts as a base from which we are able to identify areas for
improvement and ways to achieve it. Cited sources and literature should also be listed accordingly.
