Acne vulgaris is a worrying problem for adolescents and young adults. The pathophysiology of acne vulgaris is different either from hormonal changes or even from the use of foods that help them worsen. The aim of our study is to link food and vitamins to the treatment of acne vulgaris.
We have conducted a survey divided into three groups about the use of foods that help worsen acne. In the survey, 33% consumed a large amount of foods rich in carbohydrates, fats and vitamins and minerals that, despite the use of dermatologist's recommended therapy, did not have high efficacy.
43% of the dermatologists recommended, have used vitamin healthy foods and supplements and have had high acne efficacy in improving acne, and 24% who used extremely high fat carbohydrate foods, and in acne treatment, used cosmetic products in the form of various acne which has been observed a great deterioration of acne.
According to the results, we can conclude that carbohydrate rich and antioxidant poor foods help to worsen acne, so we recommend that to succeed in acne treatment, you should consult the dermatologist and not take the preparations you read from the internet because every wrong use leads to worsening.
