The application of basic ethical principles in the psychology of education and pedagogical psychology enables a complete understanding of the importance of the motivational complex of factors as a key factor for the success of the overall learning process. The permanent change and the intense development of modern societies and the specific educational processes are important in the theoretical explanation and understanding of this issue from exceptional validity to more relevant scientific disciplines. The traditional findings determined in the so far research are necessary to change and supplements arising from real processes in education and specific forms important for learning motivation. The transfer of knowledge and didactic methods, as well as pedagogical techniques and in that context the overall objectives of the educational process or function of education are subject to critical re-examination and supplements in accordance with social development. For example, as the most common objective reasons why a constant critical review of traditional models of understanding of the educational process is necessary are cited demographic expansion, the development of scientific and technical knowledge, information, the crisis of life models and relationships, the crisis of ideologies, etc. The development of scientific and technical knowledge of the modern world, with computerization becoming increasingly the most important factor, i.e. a means or part of education also provokes the need for adequate theoretical design and the conclusion of new strategies of education. The practical need for permanent education that will follow everyday scientific and technological discoveries becomes an inevitable fact when these topics are analytically treated. In this paper it shows that ethics is necessary in the very approach to the above themes and scientific challenges that advance the models that emphasize the importance of motivation and learning as a process and contemporary education that is based on three aspects – individual, social and professional. Modern educational systems in an important part must be directed towards encouraging creativity, initiativity and high motivation for continuous learning arising from the dynamics of the development of the modern world. The psychology of education, as a science of development, learning and motivation in the school, but also outside it, is very important in practical terms, as preparation of future teachers for successful teaching.
