Abstract

The initial strategy in the police is certainly to suppress corruption among its officers through various types of control and sanctions. It is necessary to work on raising the standard of living of police officers, by raising the standard of police equipment and technology, so that police officers have the motivation to work. After the realization of the aforementioned conditions for the normal functioning of the police apparatus, it is necessary to suppress and reduce to the smallest possible extent, the connection of corrupt police officers with organized criminal organizations, in order to save the security system from collapsing. Through ethics and constant training of police officers, by raising material incomes, by providing the latest technology, it is possible to reduce the presence of corruption among the ranks of police officers. By improving and giving wider powers to police officers, who work in the internal control sector of police work, to be able to deprive police officers of their freedom who are found to have acquired huge capital disproportionate to their income through corruption, only then can we talk about concrete and measurable results of police work in general .
